When is wipe?
First Thursday of the month at approximately 19:00 UK time - when Facepunch is ready. It happens automatically as soon as the Oxide (mods) update becomes available. It takes 7 minutes.
Full BP wipe: Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov
Map only: Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec
When does Raid Week start?
The Friday before wipe, at 00:00 UTC.
There's an on-the-hour game-chat announcement of the date/time when Raid Week starts. On the final day of the wipe we have Rocket Day (see below).
What is Raid Week?
Most of the time this is a "carebear" server with safety features to protect noob/casual players. For the final week we switch these protections off and GO HAM, for more of a vanilla experience.
Before Raid Week (most of wipe)
− Raid (except twig and a few other items - see #11 below) − Harm players (or be harmed) in PvE mode − Burn anything − Launch MLRS − Buy SAM sites (until 2 days before RW) + /remove + Join if you are a new gamebanned player (PvE locked until approved by JimDeadlock)
During Raid Week (last week of wipe)
− /remove (to prevent players from hiding loot behind HQM walls) − Join if you are a new gamebanned player + Raid (all) + PvP (everyone) + Everything else, vanilla style
Rocket Day (last day of wipe)
+ Raid, PvP + Unlimited rockets (all types) + /mymini (spawn mini, no fuel needed) + /remove + Free Build (have a few of each resource in your inventory, build unlimited) + Unlimited team size, if you want to zerg a big base + Join after wipe if you are a new gamebanned player

This server has no EAC, is it for hackers?
EAC is not enabled here primarily for Linux players to join. Windows users are welcome too. Some players here have bans on their profiles - they have nowhere else to play so don't hassle them about it.
If you've come here to cheat you will be promptly banned. Try me.

When will Linux get EAC?
That's the million dollar question. Nobody knows. Facepunch keeps dropping hints about getting the Steam Deck working, which presumably would mean EAC for Linux in general, but the disappointment continues.
If, by some miracle, we do get EAC one day it will probably happen on a wipe day. We will have one last non-EAC wipe to give gamebanned players time to make other arrangements, then we will switch to EAC and join the big boys on the in-game server list.
Are there any other non-EAC servers with more PvP?
Short answer: no.
There are other non-EAC servers but they are all empty, most of them are test servers. This is the only active non-EAC server.
Can we have more [raiding time, gather rates, decay, daylight, backpack space, etc etc]?
SAM sites go on sale at the Outpost 2 days before Raid Week. We don't want no-fly zones all over the place.
Why do I see Amsterdam II when I press <esc>?
It's the default screen for servers that don't have a description. You will see this if you connected via the in-game F1 console. If you connect via the Steam server list then you'll see the proper Deadlock banner/description - including the wipe date!
